VYBES Footwear Headquarters is based in Brisbane but we have offices and presence in Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney in Australia, Johannesburg and, Harare in Africa, Toronto in Canada and London in the United Kingdom and above all we ship worldwide. We strive to provide our community with the best possible online shopping experience. We deliver to over 200 countries including the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Asia, New Zealand, Africa, South America and certain countries in Europe. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your delivery location, promotions, and shipping method.

VYBES Footwear sends all parcels via a pre-paid, traceable, safe method of delivery. Once you have ordered and your parcel has been dispatched, you will be provided by a tracking code and the respective courier to track your parcel. Shipping times are indicative from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Australian Shipping

Australian orders are all sent EXPRESS via FedEx or any faster local couriers.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $200.00 AUD, and a $15 AUD flat rate applies to orders under $200 AUD.

Generally, EXPRESS deliveries arrive within 1 to 5 business days depending on your location, however this is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed by VYBES Footwear or any of our couriers.

New Zealand Shipping

New Zealand customers can choose to have their orders sent EXPRESS via Fedex, or STANDARD TRACKED SHIPPING using the Australia Post International Shipping service.

All orders over $200.00 NZD receive FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING!*

International Shipping

VYBES Footwear ships all international orders EXPRESS via FedEx for a flat rate of $35 AUD from our facility in Australia, or any faster alternative distribution centres across the world.

10-15 Business days should be the Express delivery on the third line, however, please note these are estimates only and not guaranteed by our couriers or VYBES Footwear especially due to the current Covid 15 Pandemic. However, you will be able to track all your shipments with consistent and timely updates.

Please be aware that orders shipped to some international countries (in particular the UK, EU and CA) may incur customs duties and taxes* which are required to be paid by the customer prior to final delivery.
